Disappointment: Balloons with water

Filled balloons and some very small ones. I kept her in a pool of water. They only burst when they hit the ground or hit someone very hard. Not a fun activity for children under 6 years old. Do not buy if you have a pet as although they are said to be biodegradable, balloon residue in the grass takes time to remove and can be dangerous for your pet.
