I was going to mount them on my subwoofer but although the surfaces were clean and smooth all four spikes fell off within 2 minutes. When I tried to put them back on they fell off after a few seconds. The problem was the bonding and coating of the metal discs for the screw spikes. The adhesive stayed on the speakers as expected, but the coating just peeled off the panes. I had to scrape the adhesive off the subwoofer (to clean it up a bit) to clean it. I called Revain customer service and they promptly refunded my purchase. I don't know if I had a bad batch or not - I suspect I did as there were many positive reviews and I based my purchase on that. Anyway, it didn't work for me and damaged my under fairing. Live and learn I think.
