About 10 years ago I discovered the joy of using quality cookware and bakeware, before that I really didn't realize the difference it made to what I was cooking! So when I was looking for a replacement for my 8x8" pan I did a lot of reading and decided this was the best option. I'm so glad I spent a little more and got this, I'm super satisfied with how my brownies and blondies turn out!I make sure to oil the pan even if it doesn't stick, everything just slides out and has a better texture!
