The replacement shaving head arrived very quickly in the excellent original Philips packaging. It fitted my 4 year old Norelco razor perfectly and was very easy to install. However, when I tried it out, I immediately noticed a marked difference from the old head I bought with my razor four years ago. This new replacement head causes skin rashes and is uncomfortable to shave. It also causes some hair pulling. The original head never had these problems when brand new and even after four years of use it ran like clockwork. I only replaced it because I "thought" it was a bit tarnished, but I might have been wrong. This one shaves no better than the four year old head it replaced and has all the other flaws mentioned above. I have no idea why this is so bad and what the error is. Now I regret buying this very expensive replacement head. Looks like my nearly $38 went down the drain.
