Too weak for the price!
Too weak for meat of any size. I didn't like them and returned them. Too expensive compared to what you get elsewhere for the same money. They seem to have been made in a very small and simple shop. I suggest buying insulated gloves from Ansell. They are neoprene (not like a wetsuit but like rubber) and double insulated, safe to 400 degrees. I use Ansell #19-024 and have no problem picking up pork ham, brisket and ribs. And they are easy to clean from the outside.
