This tofu press saved me a lot of time! I had to choose between eating raw or stretching my arms to squeeze out water, but no more! The design makes it so easy to pop the tofu into the container in the morning and it's completely ready when I get home to make dinner. I highly recommend this product for the ease of use and the quality of the design.
