Like many others here, I decided to try these based on the great reviews. I bought the medium sized polarized ones. To be honest I wasn't impressed with them. When I tried on a pair of Maui Jim sneakers, I immediately noticed that they were polarized. Everything seemed more alive. When I put them on I couldn't tell they were polarized. I turned them off and on a few times while looking at trees, grass, sidewalks, cars, etc. I tried to see if there is a difference in the textures. Yes No. With that I tinted the highlights and reduced the highlights, these aren't Maui Jim gizmos and I wouldn't consider the ones I must have as anything close to plaining. They fit snugly, even too much to be honest. To the point where we could cause a headache after a few minutes. Long term, I could foresee headaches in the near future. It's almost as if they were modeling the contraption for a child or someone with a very small head. In terms of construction, the frames felt solid, but I did notice that the arms were misaligned, resulting in them not sitting properly on my head. You can actually adjust the head without listening, so that was a big problem. In general, I would stay away from them. The price seems a bit high. They should be a maximum of 19.99. Verdict: Don't buy unless there's a big sale and watch for problems. Especially the ones that have already been posted.
