Loud enough for most uses, but don't expect high sound quality.

Originally purchased for use with a computer, it ended up being used as a soundbar for a TV because the TV speaker is too loud at low volume at night. When used as a soundbar, the sound is the same as TV speakers, but the volume is now more manageable at night. This speaker is suitable for my use.
