Really relieves muscle tension. I think this is best for hands and feet.
This body massager is just what I need! It's easy to hold and you can apply amazing pressure to really release muscle tension. I think it's best for arms and legs - reaching backwards is uncomfortable - unless you bump into someone else π. But I also used it to massage my hands and fingers! Too bad I didn't know about this sooner as I use it almost every day. It's also well made and should last a long time. The only problem is that it had a very strong woody smell on arrival that dissipates after a while and might bother some people with sensitivities.
