I was eager to get the split pad compacts because when they first came out because the pros always looked too extra to me. I immediately fell in love with the compacts and wanted a case for them. This case serves it's purpose very well. I wish it were slightly smaller and I do think it's weird a case of this size doesn't have cartridge slots anywhere. The case has enough room to fit an extra pair of traditional joy cons and could probably fit a power bank. For $30 and being the only case available at the time of this review for the switch with the hori split pad compact, I think it's a worth while pick up if you play in a lot of handheld mode and enjoy the split pad compact.Note: OLED used in photos
