Arrived quickly with no damage. It was packed very well. There were 12 parts in total: 4 spindles, 4 legs, 1 base plate, 1 upper cabinet, 1 handle, 1 screw. Everything is easy to assemble with your own hands. All you need to screw on the drawer handle is a Phillips screwdriver. A very strong piece for the price. Please note that the bottom of the shelf and cabinet is not painted white. For this price I wouldn't expect it to be made. The paint covers the edges so you can't tell the bottom isn't painted. The only thing you might want to do is buy either felt furniture pads for the bottom of the legs or plastic dowels. The legs are already drilled in case you want to use more permanent dowels. It would be nice if they were included because if you don't already have them on hand you'll have to buy something else if you're ok. You don't have to use either of them for it to be used. I personally have dark bamboo floors that scratch very easily, so EVERYTHING I have has to have some kind of felt backing. The drawer is very small, but I'm fine with that, so I won't have another junk drawer. I really like this item and I'm glad I finally bought it after comparing many items.
