If you are reading this review you will know why you need it. To get rid of the clutter of power cords going to your Echo, get it off the table and give it a more futuristic look. For this purpose, this holder does its job perfectly. What I encountered was the winding of the power cord, whether I started center-out or center-to-center, I couldn't get the last few inches of the power cord to fit the slot. The wire should be about an inch or so longer. It didn't interfere with use or cosmetics since it was behind the Echo Holder, but it would be nice to know it would work exactly as intended. For what it's worth and what it does, it's a minor inconvenience that only I know about. .
