Excellent stainless steel pasta machine. Quality product and good workmanship. I love making homemade pasta. This portable use is easy to use with 4 different thickness options. It is important to let the dough run 4 times. It has an adjustable thickness, but your batter needs to be spread out. Then choose your type and cut and trim it to the size you want. Love it. Just like my grandmother. She had the same as this many years ago. Makes the best homemade pasta. recommended
