It smells bad at first, after washing it became great

Headbands smell very bad out of the box. Being a troubled person, I immediately thought, what if it causes cancer? I'll toss them in the wash right away and see if they stay odor free. Otherwise they look cute and stay in place. I just couldn't stand the smell. -- After a few days: -- After washing, the smell is gone. Now I love my headbands! They are soft and cute and stay in place. The seller also responded in a timely manner that the smell is normal. It's non-toxic.
