This jade roller and gua sha massager set are really beautiful. The jade stone is cool to the touch and very smooth. I love the gold accent on the jade roller. I use the jade roller each morning as part of my skin care routine and it really helps to bring my tired skin to life and feels really great on my skin.I learned about gua sha massage from physical therapy. It is a quite painful process, yet it is the only thing that helps release knots in my muscles. I’m still learning how to perfect this myself now that physical therapy has ended.This is a great set to give as a gift or to use for your own self care routine. Both items are very well made with thick, smooth stone, the roller is very smooth with no hitches or squeaks when rolling, and both items are beautiful displayed on my bathroom countertop. I’m very happy with this set.One thing to note was that there was no booklet inside the package. However, on the back of the box they do provide a website you can visit. I like this because it helps to save on paper waste. What I did, though, was just look up some videos on YouTube on how to best use these items and that worked perfectly for me especially when learning how to use the gua sha massager.
