I have been looking for a good compact and decent acoustics for a stationary PC for a long time. Unfortunately, none of the monitor manufacturers want to install speakers similar to television ones for watching video content and listening to music. I wanted something more than two boxes on the sides, just like 10 years ago from dubious manufacturers with dubious specifications. I planned to put acoustics on top of the monitor so that it does not take up space on the sides. I decided that it would be a good idea to put a fashionable and elegant speaker from Jbl, which in which case I could take it to another room without wires, I always liked their sound - I tried boombox, extreme 2.3, partybox 100 and everywhere I ran into one and the same problem - they turned off when idle and every time you had to get up and turn them on again. For stationary use, this is unacceptable, of course. I almost abandoned this idea, until this baby from harman kardon turned up under my arm - with a similar sound and power with an emphasis on low frequencies, as I like it - it works like a watch - even if it stays for a day - turn on a movie or music - it’s like here everything is voiced, never publishes any background. The sound is clear, detailed, Power calls with a margin, very compact. I bought it in December 2022 for 11 thousand - for this money it is worth every. Was very pleased.
