Using this hamburger press gave me an easy way to make a stuffed hamburger. This burger press has everything you need to give you the tech and tools to make a decent burger. I created two different types of stuffed burgers: a mushroom pepper onion mozzarella cheese burger and a green chilli pepper onion mex cheese burger. They were tasty and filling. The only thing I can say about cooking stuffed burgers this way is that the two halves cook and shrink at different times. So the parties separate. This might be my burger technique and maybe I'll get better next time. All in all I think it could be a good kitchen tool.
