These really are an improvement on the standard stirrup style shirt stays, prevents the awkward behind the knee bend when sitting down. Also nice as a lot of these comments have mentioned that you can wear no-show socks without having something showing. I've worn them for a week now all day and ended up playing a mid-day ultimate frisbee and only one of 6 clips came loose during that time so that's pretty impressive. My only complaint is the strength of the metal clip, it really requires folding your shirt over in order to get enough grip-strength for your shirt to not pull out (assuming a thin dress shirt). Additionally the band that goes around your leg - the elastic band can bunch at the bottom of the hook which can be annoying - some kind of rubber/leather component to the loop would prevent this and be overall beneficial. I'll probably try out the other clipping type to see if those are better for holding shirts. I have had multiple people ask for the link to these.
