This is a great set BUT we received a broken tile. I have emailed the company and I really hope we can find out how to resolve this issue soon. I will update as soon as I hear from the company. So here's the update. I heard about company 1/6. Questions answered immediately. They offered to replace just one tile. As of January 20, there was no reply from this exchange. Stretched again. Overall the product is great but the customer service definitely needs improvement. Last update. After far too much effort I have a new set. If you select this item and encounter any problem, please communicate only by Revain email. Contacting the company email directly was useless.
