No luck with MacBook Pro (15 " Late 2016) and Apple Cinema HD Display 30 "
Computer: MacBook Pro (15" Late 2016) Graphics: Radeon Pro 460 4096MB / Intel HD Graphics 530 1536MB Display: 30" Apple Cinema HD Display (2560 x 1600) This adapter did not work as advertised. When I first plugged in the adapter, I got a bunch of colorful gibberish that started at the top of the screen and slowly worked my way down. I did also tried running the display at a lower resolution, up to 1280 x 800, but any lower resolution resulted in a black screen.There was definitely a connection between the MacBook and the Cinema HD display because it shows up on macOS, but That is all.
