Very happy with the quality of this jacket at an unbeatable price! Bought for my 4 year old and my 9 year old. Both love the look of the jacket when they wear it. With a wet California winter approaching, we'll see how they fare in the rain. You will definitely be good in the snow. My 4 year old has just outgrown a 4T so I bought him a size 4 and it fits great, there is room for a sweater. My 9 year old is always hot (haha, pun) so I bought him a true size, 8/10 Small, expecting him to only wear t-shirts. This is true and it fits snugly even with a mid-weight sweater or fleece. If it's for the cold, be sure to choose one size up! The sleeves have elastic cuffs and the 3/4 length allows you to fit your child a larger size.
