I like that they have experience in the specific area we needed help with, which was very helpful when choosing an agency. They are also friendly, responsive to our needs, and seem genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes. We were able to choose their package (which had multiple options) to fit our budget. The project took more time than expected -- so make sure you know what your expectations are before signing up for any service! Their support staff really helped me understand how things worked. The website looks great, but requires some training to use effectively. It's not user friendly at all. However, once it's set up properly, it does provide quick access to information about clients' businesses.
