I recently had a fit of nostalgia and decided to dust off my first edition (fat) PS3 to play a few games. I quickly realized that my original PS3 controllers were a bit worn out and sought to find some new ones.but to no avail. Sony no longer manufactures the original Dual Shock controllers, so I was left with only cheap third-party options. However, I then learned that PS4 controllers could be used on the PS3 by setting them up as Bluetooth accessories. I purchased one and it did, indeed, work, but with one major caveat.the main "home" button was no longer functional. This meant that I would have to either connect a PS3 controller or do a hard reset on the console to exit a game. In my opinion, neither option was great.so I continued to search for a solution.I found one, the Magic-S Pro! This little gadget is inexpensive and simple to use.plug it in, connect your controller via Bluetooth or wire, and, voila, your good to go! Plus, it's quite versatile as it allows you to pair various controllers with various systems.Long story, short.I found it to be a worthwhile purchase! :)
