This item that I received does not look or feel as advertised in the item listing photos. What I got is a cheaper version of it. This thing is so thin and not fully filled. There are no lumps of padding in all of this, but the worst part is that the head/neck area is missing a huge lump of padding, so you can't use it as a pillow or you'll get a headache. from neck pain. I bought this because I have osteoarthritis and thought it would take the pressure off my spine, but it's basically the same as sleeping without a pillow. I don't even feel like there's anything underneath me. Photos show empty head/neck area. Where I press it there is absolutely no filling. Expensive piece of poorly made junk. Find another product.
