These scissors are the best. Ideal for right or left handers. The main thing to remember when attempting to use them is to use a VERY light touch. I bought my first at a home and garden show where a woman sold it after a Peel demonstration. I was thrilled to find them online and bought them for my whole family who cooks! I peeled a 10 pound bag of Thanksgiving dinner potatoes in minutes! Remember: EASY TOUCH WHEN USING! If you press as hard as you would with a classic knife, it won't work properly!
