After trying five different solutions and finding that none of them worked with Ring Central, I finally settled on the Discover headset. Much to our surprise, this worked, although I had to change the default audio option in Ring Central's settings; Change from "Default" to "Discovery" after connecting). My wife uses it all day and says the quality is great on both sides and it's comfortable to wear for hours. If your employer has forced you to use Ring Central (a terrible app if I've ever seen one) and you can find a decent headset to work with, get Discover. Just remember to change your settings.
