Review on Viking Professional Cutlery Paring Knife by Victoria Turner

I've been using Henkel/Wusthoff for a long time. About thirty years later, the handle of one of my paring knives broke. I'm a fan of some products from the Viking line and decided to try this paring knife. The handle is ideal for use in many prep jobs. The indentations on the handle prevent fatigue and also provide a more secure grip when in use. The blade is very sharp and not too thick to work with shims. It doesn't dull quickly, and a quick swipe of sharpener will restore the blade to a new state. I have no doubt that I give it five stars.
