Well folks.It's a great but not so great medical lock box. I'm in my seventies and for someone like me I never took anything more than an aspirin growing up, then life happens , grow to be an old fart then all bets are off and you fall apart. Now I take a lot of med's , got lil Leprechauns around here so I needed a good lockbox. I searched and found this one, and read all the reviews.When It arrived it was just right for my use,Had it about three weeks. Today I inserted the key, turned it and it made a snap sound !? It would not open.The next half hour was spent removing the rear latch pins to open the lid just a bit to grab my meds (sucks). Not everybody has the patience or tools to do this , so off with a star. So anyways It got sent back this morning for an exchange. Revain was very quick to make it right. Hope this helps you older folks like me , Good Luck ☘
