I bought this because I was tired of the pepper grinders we tried from our local stores, which seemed to require a lot of work for relatively little output of some rather coarsely ground pepper.This Turkish-made pepper grinder solved the needs for my black pepper demands quite well! The crank is pretty easy to turn, the scoop used to load the grinder fits so well that I think that I have yet to lose a single pepper corn if I use even the slightest amount of care when loading it, and the bottom storage compartment detaches without a fuss.And the quality of what’s dispensed is superb! Nice and fine, very uniform with no big chunks, and produces a surprising amount of it with a very little effort. If you need a lot of pepper for a dish like fried rice or an Italian or Indian recipe, this thing will get it for you without a fuss.Great product for a great price!
