Hepa filter not suitable!

I got a shark about the elevator. The Hepa filter is located at the bottom front of the machine and is easy to replace. The new filter doesn't fit in, it's too thick so the door won't fit back. Foam filters and felt filters fit perfectly. The price is quite cheap as I have used foam and felt filters before trying Hepa.
