It's otai but it could be better.

I noticed a slight whitening of my teeth but also felt pain, not at all. It should have more instructions and maybe something to protect your teeth so you can do things while you wait fifteen minutes, plus I like it. Only use it for a few days. It says 2-3 times a day for the best solution, so I used it after brushing my teeth.
