This shirt is a little tight and my son is skinny, runs small and the neckline doesn't stretch. The fabric is dense and has no elasticity, so it is inconvenient to pull the baby on you. It looks exactly like the photo, just wish it was a higher quality cotton blend, it's a bit rough on the skin.
