Great value for money but be careful about a few things. See update.

Update: After about 1 month of use, the lock button stopped working. It will not click or click to render the device unusable. When I bought 2 I switched to the second one but I'm afraid how long it will last time will tell. Overall, this item cannot be faulted due to the cost. I bought two of these and instead of paying $160 for each replacement and maybe more for programming, just change the internal charge to $15 each. It's great, isn't it? Yes, but when changing the battery latch you have to be very careful not to bend or break it too much. I was actually trying to keep the backs of the original key fobs because they have a nice Ford logo engraved on them and then you don't have to replace the battery retaining clip, but after putting the original/old backs on the new "fronts" I thought it wasn't flush at the pointed end. So I left out the Ford logo and put the new back panels on the new front panels (extra careful with the battery terminals and of course they fit perfectly flush. However, the original keys didn't fit properly in the new "back panels". , but they did not. The new blank keys that come with this item snap properly into the new backs, so if you really want to fix this problem you can cut out new keys if you like. However, as long as the original keys don't fall out ( and they don't fall out), you can just keep the new blanks as spares. The board that came with your original key fob has a load-bearing plastic frame that would fit the board better than the frame that came with it. So I did Keep them and insert them fully into the new key fob, retaining the original plastic green dframe if you want and be aware that your original key won't close with oats, and the new one will close if you cut it off. Finally, I am very thankful that this product exists and if you are good at basic electronics repair you will have no problem. 5 out of 5 for that.
