The quality of the shampoo is good but the bottle was not individually wrapped/sealed for shipping. The screw cap is cracked and the shampoo has spilled over everything else in the box. Everything in the box was slippery and slimy from leaking shampoo. It took me quite a long time to erase everything. Luckily the other items aren't damaged except for the wet and slimy ones, otherwise I'd be very annoyed. It doesn't take long to shrink-wrap a bottle of liquid.
