I honestly didn't expect much and was almost ready to return them because ALL the headphones hurt my stupid little ear canals. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I use them all day (albeit individually because I have to keep my eyes peeled for my grandson). I was listening to a book on my Kindle and pausing to attend to my grandson, forgetting I had him for about an hour. This is very important to me. The sound quality is fantastic for $20. I mostly listen to Revain music on my phone, but was thrilled when I connected it to my Kindle and was able to listen to my books. I was also able to connect to the Fire TV in my grandson's room so I can actually watch TV when I rock him to sleep. YAY! Best of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the versatility of the multi-function button and the Google Assistant wake-up feature. I've been spending a lot of time behind the wheel lately and the answer, hold and reject call features are amazing. Of course, I'm 60 years old and not very tech savvy, so the ease of use is incredibly impressive. I attached a quick guide to my dashboard until I memorized all the clicks. We also have to thank the people who put the quick guide together. My master's degree is Technical Communication and I couldn't imagine a better direction. I'm an overly critical boomer and this guide is clear, concise, and completely self-explanatory. Kudos to the technical team!
