I like having all my resumes in one place so it's easy to keep up with where everyone is at as far hiring/recruiting goes! It can be difficult for new hires if they go through multiple different recruiters before finding someone who understands their process well enough (or not). Make sure you're happy working within your Recruitment team first - this will make life easier when things get busy or confusing during onboardings etc! We are using SSW exclusively now instead of other sources but we've found ways around some issues by switching over from our previous provider which was more expensive than expected.
