This swimming cap is a good product, especially for my long elbows. It keeps 90% of my hair dry, but it only keeps it dry if you breathe it out after applying it. The last few rows of my hair always seem to get wet, and I constantly adjust my hat to keep the rest of my hair from getting wet. If you put on a hat and don't deflate it or pull it over your ears, you can expect your hair to get wet. I gave 4 stars because I have to constantly adjust my hat and the last few rows of hair still get wet. Otherwise I like the bathing cap.
