Used for the first time today. I like that there are 3 speeds. High speed blows quite well. It was constantly moving around my neck which was a little annoying but I'm willing to deal with it. I charged it for about 2 hours and it used it for about 3 hours and it still worked when I turned it off. My main concern is that after charging in my car for an hour after use, the item became hot enough to touch and when I touched it next to a metal connector it was so hot I had to let go. . I'm not sure if this is normal, but it seems to me that it shouldn't be that hot. I'm a little worried about charging it without being close to see it. I plan to contact the seller to ask about it. If it wasn't for that I would probably give 5 stars.
