I like that it is easy to setup, has all of my contacts in one place so its super simple! You can also send mass emails with this service which helps us save time as well (which we use everyday!). Its free but not totally automated - you have to edit each email yourself or wait until they update their system. If there's something i dislike about contactus then im sure someone else will love what makes them unique =) We are able solve client problems by using our customer database via an online form. I like how easy it is to use, they have great customer service, and their software has many features that are very helpful in my business. It's not too expensive either!
