I bought these for rinsing or straining small items like quinoa. When I first saw them I thought it was the wrong product because it didn't look like thin paint, but if you look at it the other way around the paint actually has two layers. One is ok and the second is included for support. These are not thin at all. Very strong compared to what I've used before and a second coat will probably keep it in shape for years. The real test was whether this would keep my quinoa from falling off. I used a medium sized paint and it worked great. Not a single grain escaped and it was large enough to be dunked in a bowl, allowing the water to wash out of the sink to "float" the grains while I dipped the paint in and out of the water. My only complaint is that the wooden insert in the handle is too close to the end making it impossible to use the 3M hook on two smaller Dyes. There's nothing a little drill can't solve. I received them from my main account in 2 days.
