Oof. This is so unflattering on my body shape! I have a long torso and the waistband comes up so high on me that it looks like a maternity dress. The cut makes my hips look even bigger and since the fabric is so thick, when it flares out at the "waist” it just stays there, adding inches and weight. The shorts are an afterthought - no waistband, just a thin piece of elastic sewn into the top. I like the scalloped detailing though and I think it could look nice on the right body. Just not for this long torso girl.
