I like that it comes with out of box support for things like Laravel, Symfony, etc., along with having other third party integrations available as well (Jenkins is one). It can be intimidating at first to set up if you are not familiar but there's help documentation online for most everything you need. The plugin system has some growing pains. There was an issue where certain plugins were incompatible which caused problems. It had something to do with versioning compatibility. They've since resolved this in recent updates. You'll have to run into issues when implementing new features because they're still very much in beta though improvements are being made each day. This is good CI software that allows us to build our projects using multiple frameworks without needing additional servers/infrastructure.
