This 16" (400 mm) and 12" (300 mm) wrench set is designed for tough use. It's made from heat-treated chrome vanadium steel, but the handle has a blackened textured finish for a sure grip. I love that the heads of these wrenches are engraved with measurements, millimeters on one side and inches on the other, so you can preset the size of the bolt you're installing. A wrench is the same as a regular box wrench but with a pointed handle that is used primarily for aligning screw holes but can have other uses as well. The screw adjustment mechanism is smooth and easy to use for fine adjustment. The grip on the box is fixed and once the bolt grip is adjusted it stays adjusted and does not change during use. In short, it's snug enough to hold the set size, but loose enough to make resizing smooth and easy.
