I am not happy with my purchases
I recently purchased two Christmas trees based on your advertising that they are 6 foot trees. I disagree, they are not 6 foot but actually 5 foot trees. The said display also says that the lights on the tree are clear, however they are more of a yellow color. The tree is also not as full as listed above, but is very spacious and consistently empty. However, I would like a full refund plus shipping and customs charges of $71.42. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the trees. Because your ad was misleading. If for any reason we cannot reach an agreement, the FTC Consumer Protection Bureau will decide. Jeanette Hemans.
