I'm not sure how much they particularly helped me.
Not sure how much this helped me but if you want/need to increase the power/sharpness of your door speakers then this is the product for you. A warning - they don't come with glue. I used Krazy Glue, one tube per pad. Some gorilla glue will do, too, but I wasn't sure I had the right one.
