While I like the case itself (and it's sturdy) parts of the key fob are screwed on and one fell out within 24 hours. I looked for the screw only to find that the screw had slipped right through the hole in the case so it was still screwed into the keyring piece. I still gave three stars because the design of the strap didn't allow it to fall off. So it's a good design despite the screw slippage. The strap was still held by another keychain and didn't fall off. I was planning on replacing the strap with one that attaches to key rings because I realized I didn't like the design of the strap, but I understand it's probably for that reason. I will look for a different case with a different bracelet but that's a b/c preference. My feedback to the company would be to use D-rings instead of screws in the case or with the current design find a way to weld the parts together and keep them from slipping through the screw hole. I think even a piece of felt or a drop of hot glue will prevent this with the current design. Eventually there will be a different type of strap. But again, the design works and the price is good. Just not for me.
