The project manager is an expert in this field. He has been involved with a number of different projects and continues to learn new techniques as he goes along! He gets his team involved in brainstorming processes. If we have issues that are not fully understood by those working on the project we'll get feedback and direction. Great communication between all parties involved on all levels! This allows us to work through any concerns together and find the best solution. I appreciate that the process is flexible at times depending upon what's needed at each point in time during the project. We are solving long-standing issues with our supply chain for maintenance equipment in a single transaction. And now being able to easily manage our parts inventory in such a way that our engineers can access them and quickly troubleshoot equipment failures in our field! The ability to track orders and shipments. It is very user friendly. I like that it allows you to create custom reports as well. I wish there was more customization options available. Sometimes it can be slow to load. Not much at this time but we are working towards fixing that issue. I highly recommend using this software. We are able to track our inventory easily. This is great for tracking orders. It is also helpful in shipping out products.
