It's very user-friendly! I am able use it without any previous knowledge or experience in hotel operations as there are tutorials online if you have questions; which helps reduce learning time significantly (you don't need an IT specialist!).
The admin panel could be improved by adding more templates for room pricing/bookings etc., however this isn’t specific to CASY only so not much we can do about now when using version 10+. There also needs some improvement around how reports work with other modules like Sales & Marketing Reporting Tool because they seem incompatible at times - maybe add functionality into one module? Maybe consider updating your reporting tool instead? We needed something simple but robust enough where our accounting team was happy working away from their computer screens while managing multiple properties. This software has enabled us manage all aspects including accounts payable across 7 different sites meaning everyone knows what money.
