I bought this hair straightener because my boyfriend had one and he tried me and I fell in love with him! I'm only giving it 4 stars because when I unpacked it I folded the plates and they don't close completely unless you really squeeze the straightener which is tiring every time. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with it! Believe it or not, I have really straight and curly hair and with this straightener my hair is very shiny and straight and there are few flyaway hairs after straightening and I don't have to use it at such a high temperature as my previous one rectifier. I straightened my hair at 410 the first time and next time I might even try 400 because it was very effective at 410. On my old one I had to do 450 to see any flat results 😬. Another benefit is that they have a 1 year guarantee. So if the plates are a problem for me in the future, they should replace them.
