I bought two of these, one for a work laptop and one for my personal laptop on either side of my desk. In both cases, the arm that attaches the laptop plate falls slightly away from the base stand, but just enough so that there is more than 1/4 inch difference between one end of the top of the laptop and the other, meaning it tilts is. (The laptop is not level). The base itself is level, I checked, it's not a lever. These aren't heavy laptops, and even when they're not powered on, if you place a spirit level on the mount, it's tilted. Not sure why nobody else is complaining about this, or maybe it just bothers me and nobody else unless I've done something wrong, but there's nothing special about the gathering. 93% within 3 hours, apparently I'm one of the 7% and have to wait for them on Monday) I'm considering returning it, maybe it's too late. Extra felt glue circle from another piece to avoid scratching the table and n When placed under the clip on the half closest to the laptop it worked until it straightened but now that it doesn't lying flat on the table surface, it is not completely stable and may move slightly when adjusting the levers. An alternative would be a full size tapered part, but what should I do, design it on my 3D printer? I don't think I need to do all that for something as basic as a thin laptop. Maybe there is a way to configure it, but you don't see it and you're waiting for a response from the support team. If that bothers you, maybe you should look at something else. It's great in OTHER, but it bothers me so much that I had to stop and find a temporary solution.
